Welcome to GBack Media. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, events, vendor programs, website, and communications. By using our services or signing up as a vendor/client, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

GBack Media provides event production, media promotion, vendor coordination, and related business services. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Event series such as Venice Nights and Reggae Nights
  • Vendor programs and marketplace participation
  • Account management and billing services
  • Event reminders and service-related notifications

2. Vendor / Client Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
  • You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on time.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

3. SMS Communications

By opting into SMS notifications, you agree to receive service-related messages from GBack Media Reachout (GBack Media). These may include:

  • Event updates and reminders
  • Account and payment notifications
  • Vendor coordination messages

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (approximately 4 messages per month). Text STOP to cancel. Text HELP for help or call 941-667-0183.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due as stated on your invoice or account.
  • We accept payments via Venmo and other approved methods.
  • Late payments may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials created by GBack Media are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBack Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our events.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
