As a service-based company, all sales are final with no cash refunds.

We are committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations on every project and event. Our time is valuable, just like yours, and we always provide multiple samples and revisions to get it right.

If You Can't Attend an Event

If you are unable to attend an event you've purchased tickets for, we will do our best to:

• Transfer your ticket to a similar future event, or
• Issue a credit toward any future GBack Media products or services

Credits expire after 12 months. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Service Credits (Creative/Media Hours)

Purchased service hours never expire and can be applied to any GBack Media creative or media service.

If something isn't to your satisfaction, we'll revise until it is – your success is our goal.
