1. Services

GBack Media provides event production, creative design, media content, and digital services. All work is custom and performed to the highest standard.

2. Payment

All sales are final. Payment is due upon purchase or as agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees.

3. Refunds & Credits

No cash refunds. For missed events, we will attempt to transfer tickets or issue credit for future services (credits expire after 12 months). Service hours are non-refundable but can be applied to any GBack Media offering.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

We provide multiple samples/revisions to meet expectations. If unsatisfied, we will revise until you are happy. Our time is valuable – we commit to excellence and expect clear direction.

5. Intellectual Property

Client owns final delivered assets upon full payment. GBack Media retains rights to use work in portfolio/promotion unless agreed otherwise.

6. Cancellation

Event or project cancellation may forfeit deposits/credits. Custom terms apply for large projects.

7. Liability

GBack Media is not liable for indirect damages or event issues beyond our control (weather, permits, etc.).

8. Changes

We may update these terms – continued use constitutes acceptance.
